Goalkeeper box

Any player becomes the goalkeeper by stepping into the rectangle in front of the goal, and only one player holds the role. The illustrated guide says controls change there: you can catch the ball, punch attackers, and throw it to a teammate. Separate match frames show the on-screen legend switch to Punch and Dive when the game announces that you are the goalkeeper. Outfield kick and pass prompts should not be assumed inside the box.

Walk into the rectangle in front of your net during a match. If someone is already there, you are an outfield defender.

Protect the line between the ball and the center of the goal. Use the frame and the field lines for distance. Delay the first gadget until the shot or the entry is real, and keep the second gadget for the rebound.
